Stuart H. Sakwa is a partner in the firm’s West Palm Beach office and a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Sakwa’s practice focuses on government and commercial construction contracts, providing representation for clients throughout the course of a project. Mr. Sakwa has litigated disputes on behalf of his clients before federal and state courts throughout the United States and has also successfully represented clients in bid protests at both the local and federal level.
Mr. Sakwa represents a diverse range of clients, including owners, sureties, contractors, specialty trade contractors, suppliers and architects. He has represented these clients on a broad range of projects including condominiums, hotels, mixed-use buildings, hospitals, power plants, water and waste water plants, airports, theme parks, churches, schools, universities, prisons and courthouses.
